Cross Roads

Standing at the intersection, looking at the signs,
Checking the map but can't decipher the lines.
Which road should I take to reach a better place?
Where am I going, am I on a goose chase?
Do all of these roads circle into each other?
Confusing the traveller as a joke of Another?
Why am I here and which way should I go?
Which road is the high road, which is the low?
The map doesn't say, so how will I know???

Intuition whispers that I should go this way,
this is the way I've chosen, and on this road I'll stay.
